Hi John, I was 15 years old when I first heard Eddie Arnold sing and the song was Anytime and I fell head over heels in LOVE. We had stopped at a little road side cafe on our way to the ole fishing hole. My aunt had to pry me away. I kept playing the song over and over. Thanks for the memories. Lora |

Hello John, The Kelsey Briggs story broke my heart. I have been following it also. But never saw it on You tube. I am sitting hear with tears rolling down my face. What a beautiful little angel she was. How can anyone do that to a child? I will never ever understand it. Thank you for sharing the story with me. Your pages are awesome. Hugs, June ![]()

Brought back lots of memories of Friday night junior high school dances, esp. the Stroll...Can still sing along, haven't forgotten the words to most of the songs.. Sent your site to many of my friends..Keep up the good work... |

I wasn't even thought of yet in the 50's, but have always loved the music, the cars, the tv and movies...When I was a little girl, I would sit for hours in my room listening to these 45's on my mom's suitcase phonograph! I fell in love with the sounds then and still love to hear them. I found this site in my search to hear one of my favorite songs "Silhouettes on the Shade"--though this wasn't the group my mother had it by (I think that was The Rays), it was so nice to hear it again! Thank you for setting this site up. It is obvious that much time, attention, and love went into it. I am going to send the link to my mother...I hope she enjoys it, too! |

| Comments: | Awesome......Coudn't ask for anything any better.....those were the days! The cars, the dances, the shows on tv and the cartoons.......Today is nothing, can't watch a decent show on tv, terrible for the kids today......just glad I don't have little ones in this time, even the cars, what is this world coming to......Thanks and keep up the good work....J.H. |
