Happy Birthday Baby! You would have been FIVE years old today-you would have started kinder- garten this year...WOW what a big boy! I still wish you were here with Dad and me. Some days when I'm playing with your brother I imagine what you might be doing with us. At least I know where you are and how to get there. I miss you so much. People say "time" heals hurting hearts in situations like this, but they're wrong. My heart will never be healed of this...time and the Lord just help me deal with it. I miss you so much. I know daddy does too. I wonder what kind of cake you would have wanted. I'm sure we would have you a big party. I know Jesus is taking care of you and I WILL see you again. Hello Dylan, it is only another month 'til your fourth birthday...I just wanted you to know that I got your hug....Evan was playing on the couch and I asked him if he was an angel and he said "I'm Dylan" and he gave me a hug and held on to me a long time...I just have to believe God let you hug me through him....and I sure did hug back... for a moment I really felt like I had you in my arms....I miss you a lot and still wonder what you would be like if you were here with us. but I still know you are in a much better place...I love you so much....Mommy |

Hi Dylan, Well, Jesus has had you for three years now! I know you had a wonderful birthday...I just miss you so much here...I know having your brother Evan has helped a lot. I know you would have been the best big brother...He knows who you are..He will point to your picture and say brother Dylan. I love him so much...and I am so thankful for him...I never take him for granted...but he does not take your place like some people think. I love him AND I love you. I am thankful I got to see you, hold you, kiss you, and tell you I love you before you went away...those few moments with you are priceless and I think of you every single day. Only God's grace keeps me from crying everyday over not having you here with me. I'm glad I know where you are and know the Way to get to you....Happy Birthday and I love you forever. Love, Mommy |

Tomorrow is Easter. You would be 2 1/2 years old. I think about you everyday. daddy got a tattoo on his arm with your name on it a couple wks ago. we miss you. we are always wondering what you would have been like. we are already telling your little brother about you. I put a little lamb on your grave today. but i know you are with the Lamb now. You are really having a good Easter. Gramma is here this weekend and she went out to see you too...We all love you so much and miss you too. I love you.
